Imani Group s partnering Paye Homes, Hillman’s and Cray Wanderers to restore the derelict site to its former status as a community sports hub and to secure the long term survival of Cray Wanderers FC. The new mixed-use scheme to house London’s oldest football club features 51 apartments, 3G and grass community sport pitches, gym, restaurant, football stadium and ancillary facilities.
